Ralph Groener was a long time lobbyist with Oregon AFSCME and before that he was a Clackamas county commissioner and Oregon state legislator. His work benefitted and will continue to benefit working people in the state of Oregon. His work in the community outside of politics made him a beloved figure in Oregon City and throughout the state of Oregon.
